This is one of seven criteria I use to rank all 73 BCS programs. With the completion of the 2008-09 season, this is now a decade's worth of RPI data. I'll have my "Program of the Decade" for you in a few weeks, until then I'll post updates on a few of the more pertinent criteria (record vs. NCAA qualifiers, NCAA winning percentage, NCAA appearances, Finals Fours, etc.). Coming into this past season, Kansas was at the top of my rankings.
