Autman-Bell Named Lindahl Academic Center Student-Athlete of the Month

Minnesota receiver Chris Autman-Bell was named the Lindahl Academic Center Student-Athlete of the Month in May.

The Kankakee, Ill., native is majoring in youth studies and will be a junior next season. He has played in 26 games and has made 56 catches for 820 yards and five touchdowns. Autman-Bell has also caught at least one pass in 25 career games and has made one catch in 20 straight games.

Ditto! Some of the catches he made were spectacular. I like the one that he caught and ran diagonally through surprised defenders for a TD in the Penn State game.

Even more spectacular is what he has achieved off the field.
