Aug 21st Scrimmage?

Did I read somewhere that there will be an open-to-the-public scrimmage on August 21st? If so, does anybody know the time/location (TCF or Bierman)?

I could be making this up, but I thought for sure I'd read this somewhere...

It's at TCF, tailgating starts at 8, parking is $10. Doors open up at 10 for kid's games and whatnot, scrimmage at 10:45.
