National TV must have had an effect.

Actually the attendance at UNLV was much higher, it's just that the UNLV fans came disguised as empty seats.

Speaking of North Dakota State, that was an inpressive 52-0 win for the defending national champions.

Just to piss you off. How am I doing so far?

just seems like an odd thing to have on one's mind so early in the morning. figure most relatively sane people would still be sleeping, boinking their wife/girlfriend, or maybe getting ready for some type of relgious service. basically not thinking at all about north dakota state fighting sioux football and what their attendance figure was for a game. who freaking cares? to each his own, i guess. just saying......

supadup...I have seen many crazier things at all hours of the night on GH. I thought 19 gave us an interesting perspective regarding attendance at 2 games, when one has a population of 2 million or so, the other a population of 200K or so. Do you suppose winning, at whatever level it is, has something to do with it? Or are people just nuts to be Bison fans? Or are people just nuts?

just saying...:banghead:

Another classy comment.

My sincere apologies if I don't think about the same things you do at the same time of day and on the same day of the week. Such is life.

They enjoyed watching us so much that 1,000's of them are going to be at TCF this Saturday.

Let's see? Vegas....umm what are my choices for possible activities? North Dakota?....dang, I just might go to that football game versus chase tumbleweed

Station 19 moved it up to 5:15am today, and will give it a report of the New Hampshire attendance as soon as ESPN posts next week maybe 4 AM...can not compare with the Bison as they head to Fort Collins to take on the Rams at McDonaugh stadium, who had a big win over CU. Keep up with those attendance # 19!!

It appears NDSU has a lot more to worry about now than attendance. Word on the radio in Fargo is that 8 players are accused of voter fraud up there. Apparently regarding the marijuana law.

Bison Football Players Charged With Fraud

(AP) - Several members of North Dakota State University's football team face charges of petition fraud.

Secretary of State Al Jaeger says two citizen initiatives won't make it onto the November ballot because hundreds of signatures on the initiative petitions were bogus.

The measures sought to set up a state fund for conservation projects, and make marijuana use legal for medical treatment.

Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem says many of the petition signatures were copied from phone books or simply made up.

Eleven people face misdemeanor fraud charges for making false statements when circulating the petitions. Stenehjem says most of them are current or former members of NDSU's football team.

They include defensive backs Marcus Williams and Brendin Pierre and running back Samuel Ojuri

"Eleven people face misdemeanor fraud charges for making false statements when circulating the petitions. Stenehjem says most of them are current or former members of NDSU's football team. "

I wonder if this falls under the topic of "violation of team rules"?

All I know is that they broke the law, so the NCAA should get involved and probably suspend them from the playoffs for at least a year or two. After all, what is the NCAA for if not to punish law breakers?

You caught my sarcasm, dpo. Beware of the involvement of the NCAA in this!!!

Tell teams what their nickname shouldn't be?

The ncaa will probably suspend the players for the rest of the season.

However they will be able to play in any/all games that are televised.

And of course any bowl games.
