Really. He hit a 47 and a 46 against Miss State earlier this year, and his 3 overall FG and 3-3 XP debatably won them that game (30-23). Good luck with that in campus tryouts.

Some college coaches watch too much of this awesome NFL kicking and develop great expectations

Kicker missed two field goal attempts and you melt down? They lost by 10.
Their QB was 12 for 23 for 6.7 yds per completion and they lost a fumble and they gave up a 55 yard run.
Cincy kicker was 1 for 2.

Dillingham is a 34 year old manchild who is getting paid nearly $4 million to coach a stupid game. He still can't maintain even the slightest bit of professionalism at that compensation level to not throw a college student under the bus.

I wonder whose job it is to make sure that the kicking game isn't atrocious?

Dillingham never even played college football.

We wouldn't allow any other public university employees such a leash to trash students in public. It becomes harder and harder each day to justify college sports.
