Interesting listen. Obviously an associate AD (or probably even an AD) is not going to be openly critical of a coach. I did find the discussion on the bench interesting because that obviously speaks towards recruiting. The only guy getting minutes off the bench that wasn't a spring recruit is Eliason. Ellis seems like a guy who understands the game.
 

I wonder if Ellis would ever be open to being an assistant coach...or head coach...at the U.
