Was looking at A/TO ratio stats for the entire country and Deandre is sitting at #6 overall. The top 3 freshmen in the country regarding A/TO ratio are:

1. Some Freshman from Duke can't recall his name.
2. Nate Mason Jr.
3. Tyler Ulis- Kentucky

Looks like our guy has some pretty good company. I'm glad he ended up here over "Tum Tum"

And Lachance, Newton and Perkins.

No doubt, although Lachance is playing very well for Vandy right now and Perkins was solid off the bench for the Zags before he broke his jaw. I am very happy we ended up with Nate.

This thread had so much potential from the title. Sigh...

Mason will be our best player for sure next year. Unless one of the new freshman come in and knock our socks off. Will need a ton of leadership from mason that is for sure.

Morris, King might have something to say about that.

I'd pay extra money to see a D1 team with Joey King as the star player. They'd have to put that glorious pump fake on a giveaway poster for sure, and that set shot makes my mouth water.

Next years team may be devoid of a "star" player. Joey King's value will be back up during the Big 10 season. True he struggles in the up and down games vs scrub teams but remember last year when he was arguably our best player at the end of the big 10 season.

Joey had a good 4 game stretch in the 2 games of the Big Ten Tourney and the first couple of games of the NIT. His conference season was pretty abysmal however. 5.4ppg 2.7rpg and 31% from 3 in 18 games during conference play.

Get those facts out of here.

He'll make the Bobby Knight First team All-American!

I didn't say anything about the thread title, on purpose.

This is the first time I have heard of the stat mentioned in the title. How does ESPN measure this?
