Yeah. His wife has cancer. Maybe he got some news about that, but carried on.

It wasn’t a particularly emotional announcement and he was reading from a script. But to describe it as “breathing problems” is fucking weird. He was emotional.

Here’s the “angle“ and Tweet you didn’t show.

No, Howie is very concerned about his health. Howie is very concerned about the health of all politicians. DHB.

You the feeling that howie is rooting for DeSantis having a health issue.

Unfortunately, I suspect that it has nothing to do with his health, but his wife’s health. I’m sure howie can come up with something how that reflects poorly on Gov DeSantis.

That is really sad.

You're not a dumb person. Maybe take a step back and look from 30,000 feet just why the left and the MSM has DeSantis 100% in the middle of their crosshairs.

It has zero to do with rejecting the now apparently partisan recommendations of the CDC.... you know why they are targeting him, every reasonable person does
Oh, ODIMWIT ODUMBASS, such brilliance displayed here, one wonders how many Nobel prizes are stacked in your pantry.

One of the best press conferences you will hear. Desantis so impressive. Certainly has presidential chops.

Very impressive, have to admit.

Now pay close attention to how this shakes out in the next year or two or three.... I said for several years that the hatred for Trump from the left was PREDOMINANTLY because they just lost. Plain and simple. Sure, the Trumpster can be a dickhead but the lather and shear rage and hysteria was primarily because they lost and they never expected to lose. And that was roundly dismissed and refuted by many on the left... "Oh no, we hate Trump because he's the devil and he's an asshole, etc"

So just watch now. This will build up over the next 6 months, 12 months, 2 years.... before long, DeSantis will be the Anti-Christ, the devil incarnate, the most hated man in America by the MSM and the lefty narrative folks....

Buckle up and enjoy the ride...

Another desantis presser. This one yesterday. Just imagine if he was president instead of biden. Calm not hysterical, data driven not politics driven, uplifting not demeaning, empowering not controlling, (hands at side rather than rock em sock em 🙂). Such a difference.

100%. Already seeing it consistently. Best example was 60 Minutes deleting a portion of desantis's interview with them to make him look really bad.

Imagine a so called reputable news outfit doing such a thing. Before airing the piece, producers have a discussion about how to make desantis look bad. They decide this can be done by deleting a segment and then they do it. And this from a so called reputable program.

How does the media live with itself? Only conclusion can be that media has decided that lying is going to be one of their tools. May as well include it in the curriculum for journalism in universities:. Lying 101, Lying 201, Advanced Lying 301, Super Advanced Lying 401.

Florida hospital turning away pregnant patients due to COVID-19 surge

Pregnant people in Florida will have to avoid one hospital that is closing its labor and delivery unit because of a surge in COVID-19 cases among hospital staff.

Fort Lauderdale’s Holy Cross Health was forced to temporarily close its labor and delivery unit over the weekend as the hospital experiences a rapid rise of COVID-19 infections, among not just patients but its own staff.

“Due to the Covid-19 surge, Holy Cross Health has reached critical staffing levels in Labor and Delivery. In the best interest of patient safety, the Labor and Delivery unit is on diversion until further notice,” said Christine Walker, Holy Cross spokesperson, to local media.

A woman will come forward in 2023 saying that DeSantis sexually assaulted her in the past. This will spark another couple women to bravely come forward and accuse him of the same. A few interviews with the women on ABC, NBC, or CBS, and it will be well known that DeSantis is likely a sexual predator within the public consciousness of the average American. By that point the legacy media will have already labeled him as a known racist on top of killing thousands of Floridians via the China virus due to his policies. The man will be evil personified and unfit for office.

Lefties and their MSM propaganda apparatus are too predictable.

I realize painting half the population with one single brush stroke is a national mantra. But this is not at all accurate. I am a moderate D. I held my nose and voted for Clinton. I held my nose not for the reasons you might think. Bush 1, Clinton (male), Bush Jr, Barry, Clinton (female). Too many similar names in that list, I don't like that. Are we in 1200 England?

Second, I was confident she was smart enough, qualified and cared about the country - as well as lining up pretty well with my beliefs. But she had been run over by non-stop smear campaigns for literally years and I was concerned that she wouldn't be effective because so much damage had been done. I was most definitely hoping she didn't win the nomination.

So, after Don Trump was elected - and I've expressed this here before - I was open-minded and hoping he would embrace his opportunity. I was thinking he could drop the BS that got him elected - he's president now, he doesn't need to bash Ds at every turn anymore. He did a couple things straight off that gave me hope - he dropped the ridiculous stuff about going after H. Clinton. I thought, wow, maybe he won't blow his opportunity to change politics for the better, like Jesse Ventura did after his surprise election.

But nope.

No, too much ego. Too stupid. Too narcissistic. Too wrapped up in his own little victimhood. Turns out, what you saw was what you got from Don Trump. And not only did he blow the opportunity to change US politics for the better forever, no, he took it to an all-time new low- and still is torpedoing it after his 2020 election loss.

Dude completely blew the opportunity. If he operates in the middle instead of on the fringes for 4 years, he is re-elected in a massive landslide. Hell, I might have even voted for him.

Gotta put one more desantis interview. Here he talks about how jan6 is like Christmas to dems/media. Of course some hyperbole, but maybe not much? Maybe eventually this day will involve gift giving 🙂?

I hoped for the same. His childishness became apparent pretty much immediately and it was all downhill from there.

I appreciate the thought that went into this, and I get what you are saying.

Trump essentially did what I wanted him to do. First off, I never listened to a f'ng word he said or tweeted so I had no outrage over any of that. I watch what you do, not what you say. He appointed two exceptional SCOTUS judges, rolled back some stupid horrendous regulations on business and industry and a litany of other accomplishments that for a socially liberal, fiscally conservative person like myself, I was very much in favor of. Cosmetically, there's a thousand things he could have done better, he was a trainwreck in many ways; from a policy standpoint, he was just plain a massively successful Prez, I never would have imagined he would accomplish everything he was able to do.

But more importantly, Trump winning (and it could have been ANY (R) candidate), either paused or at least dramatically slowed what was a full speed runaway train towards Socialism and welfare state in the country. Therein lies the outrage with most of the establishment Dem figures; Hilldawg not winning crushed the ultimate plan of moving us in a catastrophic direction. It f'd up their program and their hopes and dreams.

If you dug down deep and really got honest answers from the scum like Pelosi, Schumer, Maxine, Pocahontas, et al, they would tell you that Trump the man was the least of their hatred; it was that they did not get the ultimate control they were promised, that they were all but guaranteed to have with a Hilldawg administration.

Trust me.... If they think DeSantis is the guy for 2024, the hatred and vitriol and frothing-at-the-mouth for him will ramp up exponentially between now and then, to Trump-like levels. Book it, it's going to happen. This is about power and control

To do what?
For who's benefit?

Trump obviously benefited the rich and big business the most. Pumped up the economy with borrowed money to fool the rest of his voters.
