And I thought the gophers had it bad. BUT they are winning tonight and if they beat USC next week they are in. In a way its another stab in the back for our program but yet I hope they go.

Arizona didn't join the Pac Ten until 1978, so while it is bad, it still isn't as long as our drought.

speaking of the rose bowl i have kind of a random question. how many times would the gophers have gone to the rose bowl (and likely won) in their history if the big ten conference didn't have its stupid "no post season" bowl stance in effect through much of the 30's and 40's? does anyone know why the big ten would not allow its conference champ to represent it in the rose bowl during those years?
 

Looks like Oregon will lose but....

How good does Lamichael (?) James look? Man....he might even have been decent with our playcalling and o-line......probably not...but still
 


LOL at the Arizona students. They start pouring onto the sidelines with 30 seconds left, except Oregon had the ball on about the Arizona 30. Yep, Oregon went on to score a TD and it looks like we're heading to OT.
 


Looked pretty desperate for them...and I'm predisposed to assume the worst....being a Gopher fan and all.
