I've watched sports all my life, love football the best, and I've learned along the way, through many examples that come-from-behind wins, persevering when so much goes against your team, is by far the greatest thrill. What a spectacular way to end the awful 0-22 streak. Raise your hand if you called the win at halftime? I don't see any hands. lol

This was not our best effort in so many ways. There were so many plays that could have turned the game many times. We mad some, missed some, and in the end overcame it all by sucking it up, not losing our cool and we earned a great reward. Man, I enjoyed this one.

It's lonely at the top.
 

Our defense and special teams have been our biggest strengths and neither played very well at times. But we still won.

And yet, they won the game for Minnesota. That's what "good defense and special teams" means.

That was the most fun I've had at the bank since Nebraska.

You're absolutely right. I'm just saying it wasn't a great game overall from the two areas that have been the most consistent all year.

Student section was full. A couple of empty pockets in the corners.

And the shaded side actually had some pretty decent gaps for some reason.

But a pretty good turnout. Better than Northwestern but still not a sell out. These next two home games will put everything else this year to shame.

But it got really loud on that final Purdue drive. That was great.

Crowd def was out of it when calls went against us and were kind of snowballing but they definitely got loud one the team showed a pulse in the comeback effort. I don't think I Sat the entire 4th quarter
 

51,241 in attendance today. Crowd was great in the fourth quarter. And I think the shade had a few empty seats because people moved to the sun to warm up. My parents had nice seats in the shade, but moved to the upper-level corner just to sit in the sun.

"The Vault" should be rocking come 11/8 and 11/15.
