Ranked teams losing who might not get votes, opening up possible votes for Gophs:

UCF, OkSU, IA, MSU, Washington.

Teams that were receiving votes that lost:

Cal, Army, Colorado, KSU.

Teams that were receiving votes ahead of Gophers that won:

Memphis, Mizzou, Baylor. App State was idle.

Will be close. Gophers need to pass eight teams to crack top 25 in AP. Could pass UCF, OkSU, MSU. Should pass Cal, Army, CO, App State. If some Washington and Iowa voters decide losing to Oregon and Michigan knocks you out of top 25...

Iowa's not getting knocked out of the top 25

I didn’t say they would. There could be some voters who will drop Iowa from there top 25 ballot and they might add Minnesota.

Also, The few voters who had Minnesota in their ballot might move them up a spot or two, which gives you more points, which moves you up.

Not this week. Maybe in the coaches poll. If we beat Nebraska we’re in both.

SMU could lose some ballots for falling behind by 21 and needing triple ot to beat Tulsa at University Park.

Some voters posting ballots are giving Virginia a spot...also Cinci getting love. That will hurt Gophs shot at top 25.
