I saw that Cooper was one of the ones who was trying to hold Stoudamire back from screamin at the coach in the 2nd quarter

Yep. On the 10-yard-ish TD run by their freshman back, I saw him literally duck out of the way so the OL couldn't drill him. It was the softest play I've ever seen from a LB.
