Starts at 3pm in the Jerrysota student tailgate lot (which is located right across the street from the student entrance to the stadium). Sounds like a great idea and a fun time. Even if you are not playing, just to go and watch everyone. Good people watching I am sure. Have a great tailgate and game friends. Go Gophers! Ski-U-Mah!
