I don't know what people think of Stewart Mandel at Sports Illustrated, but I think he's a pretty entertaining read. Anyway...his top 25 for '09. Maybe an impressive victory over Maryland will push California into top 20 or top 15 in the actual polls when we play them.

Also, read about Wisconsin and Texas not being able to work out a home and home. Texas is actually going to play at Wyoming next year. The Cowboys will make two return trips to Austin. Will be strange seeing a big gun like Texas playing in Laramie, Wyo. where they averaged just over 18,000 fans last year.
