So yesterday morning the wife, daughter and I volunteer a few hours at the Las Vegas food bank, Three Square. Anyway, I'm wearing a Gopher shirt and the volunteer coordinator tells me that one of his best friends is former Gopher (early 90's) Andrew Veit's brother. Not a big deal, but fun to make Gopher connections. The guy also told me that Andrew Veit was once named Bit 10 defensive player of the week. Go Gophers!!
