Teams have figured it out. He's not quick enough to get by anybody, nor is anyone else quick enough to get penetration to suck the D in to allow him to dangle. A good defensive player can easily stay with him and his tell is easy. Almost all of his shots have a guy challenging and slightly altering. He needs to fling it from unexpected spots/tempo. If you've been watching, shots like that almost always go in. Turn him loose to be a wild cannon. He's our best offense, even from a "bad shot".

I'll agree on this. I truly endorse at least ~90-95% of Andre's shot attempts, even, like you said, if it's a "bad shot." Even Andre's misses usually give pretty decent bounces for Trev, Elliot, Rodney and co. to get some rebounds in advantageous positions in the paint. Hell, this "offense" is, in my eyes, better than whatever the hell we run the majority of our possessions (hold our dicks until the shot clock runs down, hope someone does something good).

He got some good looks the other night at Nebraska. He's just like everyone else on the team right now, not making anything.

Nothing that a couple other guys occasionally knocking down an outside J wouldn't cure. Teams don't have to guard Austin, JC, or Rodney at this point. Leaves no room for Dre.
