Thought everyone might get a chuckle out of this. Each week the fans can vote on the NFL coaches approval rating and whether they are doing a good job. I don't know if I have ever seen a coach with only 8 per cent approval rating but Brad Childress is back in the fans' doghouse after a pretty brutal week 2. Here is the link:

I was never too big of a fan of "The Chiller" and if this season doesn't turn around for the Vikes, he just might get canned at the end of the season, too.

Take this for what it's worth: I'm not trying to predict anything or break any news but, while tailgating on Saturday, I had a conversation with someone who is somewhat plugged into the athletic department. He was very critical of Brewster and described the South Dakota loss as a means to an end. Brewster is definitely on his way out unless the rest of the year is a real surprise. Again, he might have just been venting or blowing smoke up my a$$ but it was an interesting conversation and look into our coach's support from within. My personal opinion is do whatever is best for the program. I hope Brewster turns it around and gets extended just because whenever you have a coaching change it almost always results in a few rebuilding years (not that we'd be rebuilding much...but still) but if he continue down this road, a change is needed.

There's a new game here for everyone. Prediting who has the lower approval rating, Childress or Brewster. You make the call before each weekend and see who is right. :p
