Speaking of North Dakota, I see the Bison announced they’re going to resume fall practices on Sept 1, for four weeks, and play one game this fall vs non-conf FCS team Central Arkansas, in Fargo.

Some guys may be keeping their recruitments open because they aren't certain if their offer will remain on the table. With all this fall's athletes getting an extra year some of that is touch-and-go based on NCAA decisions
