Ha, I like that one.

For others jamiche means seasons over and we spend the summer breaking down unknowns Foster, Ellis, Buggs and talk about how Wally is playing, Mo's weight, etc. from their Pulley games.

Yup.

If Florida forces us to play a half court game you'll see Tubby sitting there with the usual vacant look on his face. If they are stupid enough to let us run, we've got a shot.

If it's a high scoring game it means that it was an up tempo game, right? If it's an up tempo game that's more suitable to our strengths, right? The majority of the B1G was successful at preventing us from playing an up tempo style, right? If Florida, a highly ranked very talented team, is incapable of imposing the same style of play on the gophers as Northwestern, Nebraska and Purdue, that would seem to make them quite stupid, right?

Florida plays at a pace that is one of he slowest in country at an average of 63 possessions per game. As we have seen during the B1G season playing in a grind it out half-court game is something Minnesota is familiar with but certainly not a strength of Minnesota's.

Minnesota plays much better as an up tempo team. Like others have said, our ugliest losses this season have been in low scoring, half court games. Look at the game against UCLA for example. Two teams trying to play their up tempo game and the Gophers made them look second rate. Not saying this is something we will be able to do against Florida, but I think most agree that it would give us our best shot to win.

Nope. Been a gopher fan far too long for that. I'll take a win any way I can get it. Not a kool aid drinker, though.
 

If it's a high scoring game it will because Oto is hitting his 3's.
