I think he finally realized he had little to contribute on the offensive end so he gave up and let others take over. It's amazing what happens when someone with even a mediocre concept of offensive sets is allowed to do so. Good move, Tubby! Although actually hiring an excellent offensive minded coach might be better in the long term. Stick to defense where you have your bread and butter.

I do agree with Goph in Philly, though. It probably is the massage parlor that has helped!
