Anyone notice that Starr is a graduate transfer at the University of Hampton. Her team beat North Carolina Yesterday 70-66. Starr finished with 11 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists.

I'm glad she is finding success because I felt she was extremely underused from Marlene last year.

Side Note: Yes I am aware it was only the first game of the season by North Carolina looked very beatable in the game. Getting outworked and out rebounded by a shorter Hampton team.

Cool. I totally missed her transfer to Hampton. The end of the season article about Starr made it clear she still wanted to play.

Starr started and played 40 minutes (8 assists, 5 turnovers, 3 steals). For North Carolina, Taylor Koenen played 38 minutes and contributed 6 points.
