Al please get your grades in order. Also, this off season please shoot 300-500 shots a day with the HOff. Also get a post player involved and have Hoff show you how to bounce a pass into the post.

If you learned these two skills and could even get decent at them, you could be an all-conference type of player!!!

Yes. If he wants to be great someone needs to get him to have a higher release on that jumper.

And.. work all summer on pulling up and popping, using the glass from 5-10 feet. He seems to be able to penetrate to that range at will -only to keep going and get stuffed at the tin.

Al

Al could not have been feeling very good about not being on the floor last night. The biggest game in the Barn in years IMO and Al sitting in a nice suit at the end of the bench.

We need him next year and I hope he is getting it all back together.

Work on making layups in the lane. IF you can do that you jump to a top big ten point guard.

Yeah, Al is very good at penetrating the defense and getting to the hole, but he has got to FINISH! It does no good when you can't make your layup. I'd cut him some slack on shooting if he could just finish at the rim.

If you think Al Nolen is the missing piece for this team, you didn't watch the first half of the Big Ten schedule. He is an average (at best) pg.

if he made his layups he would average 10-12 points per game, and play great D. That is good buddy.

He is a below average pg in the Big Ten. If he could make his layups he wouldn't be below average. His defesne is good, but not good enough to make up for no offense and no leadership.
