First visit to TCF stadium and want advice on best seats to purchase. Are the lower level, Row 1 seats good? Or is the view obstructed by the players on the sidelines? Where is the best place to see the game from? Any advice is appreciated...thanks.

I sit in the first row on the visitors side. I've never really had any issues with seeing the action other than people coming back to their seats.

211 row 22

I am biased from sitting in 210 row 25 last year. Switched to 211 this year. That's the visitor side which I would recommend. I think rows 1-5 in 210 or 211 would be awesome seats.

Every seat in the stadium is great. My dad and I went to the top section and just stood there watching over the field and it was amazing.

Thanks!

Thanks for the advice, I really appreciate your time and comments

Depending on what time of the year you're visiting, you may or may not want to be in the sun. If the answer is yes, you'll want the visitor's side. Of course, considering we get jobbed with 11AM starts most of the time the sun is pretty much overhead at kickoff. Or as overhead as the sun gets in the fall in MN. Actually games in September can be damned hot in the sun. Too bad they don't sell beer to the unwashed masses.

My advice to you is get seats in 246 as close as possible to the guy with the Russian Fur hat that yells Ski-U-Mah! Solid dude. :D

That guy in 246 is tremendous. I sit nearby and he is the real deal. At one of the games last year I was waiting in line for the bathroom. Out of nowhere, the entire bathroom erupts with chants of Ski-U-Mah. Sure enough, the Russian Hat dude walks out pumping his fist in the air. I have no idea how his wife puts up with him for an entire game. She must drink alot of rum-punch drinks in the parking lot before the games.
