Last year they were announced May 13, but it's possible this year they'll wait until after May 25, the last day guys can withdraw from the draft. Here's a somewhat educated guess at the pairings. Have avoided rematches from last season.

November 28 (designated Opening Night crap-hole games)
Gophers @ Georgia Tech
Clemson @ Rutgers

November 29 and November 30 (6 games each night)
Duke @ Wisconsin
North Carolina @ Indiana
Michigan State @ Virginia
Purdue @ Louisville
Syracuse @ Michigan
Ohio State @ Notre Dame
Illinois @ Miami
Pitt @ Maryland
Iowa @ Florida State
Virginia Tech @ Penn State
NC State @ Northwestern
Nebraska @ Wake Forest

meh, we've done that before. I'd rather play a big name in primetime.

Nothing brings in the ratings like 2-16 Minnesota. We need wins next year, gotta have big ten success before we get those primetime games. With a decent year I could see them trying to pin the Pitino's against each other in 17-18

A matchup vs. Syracuse would be a natural: The Clash for Coyle!

They should make the commissioners draft the matchups and give a bonus to the overall winner. Delany might throw us at Carolina to give other teams more winnable games.
