I used the Sept 27 Sagarin rankings.

Teams in green are currently ranked ahead of us.
Teams in red are currently ranked behind us.

Notes:
  • Of course, the Sagarin rankings aren't perfect, just a proxy.
  • If you buy into these rankings, then there is no doubt that Big Five have separated themselves. The American conference would I guess be the sixth if you stretch it that far.
  • I couldn't find FIU on the Sagarin list.

Very interesting, thanks for putting this together.

Very interesting: NW ahead of us? UNC…after giving up 73 against E. Carolina?

Massey ratings (which include Sagarin) are quite a bit different.

http://www.masseyratings.com/cf/compare.htm

For example, MN is ranked 35, Iowa 48, NW 60 and UNC at 70

Minnesota is the 6th ranked team in the B10.
Neb = 11
Mich State = 16
Wisc = 24
Ohio St. = 26
Maryland = 29
MN = 35

Here are the latest Sagarin ratings for our neighbors to the west:
#42 - North Dakota State
#69 - South Dakota State

It spells it's name: d-o-u-c-h-e.......b-a-g

P.S. Nice picture of Malcolm Moos, dumb a$$.

Look at Utah @#39. We handled SCum with greater ease than they did. Which means that something"s off in their rankings.frankly, I don't see any of these rankings meaning dick before Halloween.

Sagarin rankings are overblown. But thanks for putting this together anyways

The last 6 games: #34 Arizona over #3 Oregon (at home)-WRONG
Unranked Fla Intl over #113 Florida Atlantic- WRONG
#48 UCF over #64 Houston-RIGHT
#81 Fresno over #76 San Diego St.-WRONG
#72 Utah St. over #23 BYU (at home)-WRONG
#29 Louisville over #45 Syracuse-RIGHT

2/6 correct. Awesome system. I have a penny in my pocket which when flipped predicts half the games correctly.
