I'm tired of looking at all of the doom and gloom on this website -- I don't even open 95% of the threads. I was thinking about this yesterday, and there is a positive out of this, albeit for the basketball program.
Bryant Allen, a very good high school basketball player, will be able to join the basketball team about 5 weeks earlier than he did last season. We may actually need him this year, as I do not trust Maverick at PG for a single minute this year (not saying he can't turn out to be a contributor, but it won't be this season). I am excited to see what Bryant can do for the b-ball team in about 10 minutes per game this year.
How's that for positive thinking?
