I'm in and excited. I've been thinking about it for over ten years, and I like the new stadium so much that I decided to take the plunge. I attended 3 games last year and got seats below face value, even 2 for 1 twice, but I'm confident better days are ahead. This year's home schedule was also a huge motivational factor.

Any advice on which parking plan I should purchase?

We park in C86 behind the Law School & LOVE it. Small lot so we can usually find a spot on the perimeter with some grass for tailgating, lovely walk through campus, closest to TCF of the Level 4 lots. Plus we live in south Minneapolis, so it's a quick dip down to River Rd and a nice drive to & from the stadium. Otherwise Wash Ave ramp to 35W is right there.

Congrats akgopher!

I agree, any of the West Bank lots that allow tailgating are great (if they're not sold out like they have been previously). We're in C89.

You could also try the East River Flats lot on the East Bank. That's day of parking run by the City's Parks Dept. PDF about it here: http://www.minneapolisparks.org/documents/permits/parking/East_River_Flats_Event_Pkg.pdf

Can't go wrong with the parking solutions provided above.. But we use the statefairgrounds as our lots.. Always enough room to tailgate and free shuttle rides to the stadium which are only a few minutes long ride. Never had an issue. Not sure which is most cost effective and not sure if that's an issue for you.. but just another option.

Welcome to the 'club'!!
