This isn't football where a loss or two can end the season, it's a process. Only two things count in this process. Did you win enough games to get into the big dance? Did you win the last game of the season, or at least go deeply into the playoffs before losing that last game?
We are getting significant minutes from 7 players who are in their first or second season. Hopefully within another week or two that number will be up to 9 or 10. A couple of losses like this is a very valuable part of the learning process. I suspect that in practice this week Tubby will have everyone's undivided attention.
