A draw w/ 55 secs and 1 TO?

if the fans weren't chanting fire brewster after that call, they should be ashamed of themselves as fans.

That call sealed the deal for Brewster. This guy will be gone at the end of the year. I can't believe our play calling at times. We need new coaches.

The incompetence of this coaching staff knows no bounds

Two draw plays on that last drive...but the death sentence was the three and out the drive before...Im sick

Offensive game plan was fine.

We got caught a bit at the end. That happens when you're running the ball a lot.

My view is that we should do as little as possible behind the line of scrimmage. That includes handing it off 4 yards deep when you don't need to,

Best case, the draw picks up 5 or 6 yards and the clock runs down. With the loss, we have the clock running and big time behind in down and distance. At that points, Weber needs to simply throw the ball away more or less just so we can stop the clock and regroup leaving a 3rd and long. Horrible timing for that call given the limited upside even if it is successful. The fact that the 2nd and 3rd down calls weren't even sideline routes shows how unprepared this coaching staff was for this situation.

Well, you know, Ellestad would have shanked anything outside the 20 anyway. We would have had to drive to the 15 to give him a better-than-50/50 chance. You expect Adam Weber to drive 30 yards in one minute? Who do you think he is, Dan Persa?

Just another disheartening loss to add to the list unfortunately.

The play calling was bad on the last drive, but how about Gray "jogging" (more like walking) back to the line of scrimmage. They waited about 10 seconds for him to get set. Someone needs to teach these kids and coaches some clock management.

Did you hear Brewster on the radio at the end of the half. Sounded like he was having a heart attack he was screaming like a madman. He need to win 5 more games. Let's see, WI, IA, OSU, MSU and Penn State and good candidates.
