I just had to laugh at the first one-

Spartans' Tom Izzo respects, admires Minnesota coach Tubby Smith

Yeah, well, that's because he's kicked our's and Tubby's ass!

Smith is 2-9 overall against Izzo, including 0-5 at Minnesota.

The other six games occurred while Smith was at Kentucky and included a pair of heart-breaking losses, when unheralded Tim Bograkos hit a game-winning 3-pointer at Rupp Arena in the 2002-03 season, and the Spartans outlasted the Wildcats in a double-overtime regional final to reach the 2005 Final Four.
