The Minnesota offense has yet to score 100 points this season in their 63 offensive series. Too bad they have a lot tougher schedule the second half of the season than the first. Here's hoping the buy week can serve as a reset. If not, brace yourselves for what's to come.
 

There have been 6 quarters where gray has not seen the field.
3rd new Mexico state
1-4 Michigan
1st purdue

How many points have we scored in those 6 quarters?
 

I might be wrong about purdue. Gray came in and produced -7 points now that I think about it
 

This is earth-shattering news. The offense has been ineffective.

For what it's worth, before BT play started, I ran a quick check and Shortell was averaging more points per possession than Gray was through the first 4 games (at least for possessions where each took most every snap).

I think it's safe to say that through 6 games a logical conclusion is that the QB really hasn't had much to do with how inept the offense is. Each has their own deficiencies, everybody is aware of that. The key now is to find ways to work around those shortcomings.

Are you serious? My goodness...have you watched Max Shortell play since the USC game? Deer in the headlights is being kind. This should not turn into yet another QB thread, but it is clear to anybody with a peanut sized football mind that this team is better right now with Gray at QB.

Also, that first fumble in the Purdue game was on Shortell IMO. Watch the tape.
 



Was your tongue firmly planted in your cheek? I cannot remember who has been pro and anti Shortell on this board. I know I got into a spirited debate a few weeks ago with some and I was taking the pro-Gray point of view.

So, if I wrongly accused and did not sense the sarcasm, I apologize.
 

Now that I read it closer, I know exactly what you are saying. I apologize. I assume the answer to your original question zero...

We are on the same page.
