I wasn't expecting miracles, but excluding Weber, we only had 44 rushing yards. Hardly "downhill running." The defense gave up a few big chunks, but they did okay. As in the previous 5 games, the offense just could not sustain any positive momentum.

I did like seeing our freshmen WR's get some good catches, hopefully this bodes well for the future.

Today is officially the last day of the "Metrodome Era" in my book, so here's hoping 2009 starts a great new era of Golden Gopher Football!
 

Are we playing our spring game in the metrodome in 2009?
 

Eskridge: 1st carry 9 yards. His next 13 carries: 17 yards. That is unacceptable.

It is a team effort and the team failed to run the ball effectively today.
 

+ Matt Carufel, The new JC lineman, and Duane Bennett, and we'll have a better running game next year.
