Crawford and Thompson kept this from becoming a complete blowout. That plus our inability to make FT's. That is a crazy number of 3's though.
 

They shot 6 more 3's than 2-pointers and FT combined.

Also noticed in the link provided that it has Dawson missing a 3-pointer. This didn't happen, correct?
 

What other game plan can the execute to try to win? It's how the smaller schools pull off upsets in the tourney. If you can't play inside, then you better be able to shoot the lights out.
 

They shot 39 3-pointers, not 43. Still a lot.

Take Ralph out of it and it looks a lot worse, he was 8-9. Although at the end when NW was going to foul Blake and Austin were at the guard spots if I remember correctly. Great win though. I didn't foresee Tubby going with the three bigs this much at all. It really worked well.

One plus of Hoff playing pg, he will get to the line more often.
 




who now wants to say austin wouldve missed the free throws anyways in OSU. i still hate that call
