4-star PG Sina chooses Northwestern

Didn't he chose them awhile ago? Maybe I'm thinking of someone else.

I saw him play at the EYBL Tournament this spring in Eagan. A very solid and confident player with a nice shot. A big get for NU who has added alot of players this year and could be a surprise in the B10. They have 2 7 foot freshman. He had not signed with NU until now.

Maybe thinking of Nikola Cerina? The TCU transfer that was on their bench last season? Or Mislav Brzoja... Croatian shooter that committed a couple of months ago, but wasn't admitted?

Sina is of course another year away from arrival, but I like Northwestern this year. Tons of new kids, but the returning core is good and there's some experience there... they've got a chance to finally reach the tourney this year. Really.

Gotcha. He gave a verbal commitment though, not a signed LOI. He had previously committed to Alabama I guess.

Let's not go overboard. If Minnesota had signed 4 players with the collective offer list of the 4 guys in Northwestern's 2012 class, there would be a gigantic board meltdown.
