The D kept the team in the game, despite Iowa putting up good numbers. They made key stops when they needed to. But the last two drives MG was playing the way we have all hoped for.
 

It was also great to see the defense get that 4 and out at the end of the game when the Gophers had just a one point lead. They didn't get a sack on that series, but they provided a ton of pressure on the QB including the forced scramble on 4th and 15. I was not expecting the defense to get a stop in that situation.
 

Not only that but they gave up zero sacks!
