"I told myself that if I didn't step up, then I'd be leaving," said Hollins, who had six rebounds while playing 32 minutes. "I didn't want to leave myself with any doubt, any 'what-ifs' about what would happen if I didn't play hard."

White Station needed every bit of Hollins' exceptional talent to fight off the Wildcats (25-9). Clarksville, which gave up at least 3 inches per man, made up for it by blazing away from the field -- especially in the first half.

"Our game plan is going to be to attack the basket," said Hollins. "We have to play solid defense and we can't get complacent."
