Just announced: Big Ten Network will carry Minnesota Gophers' press conference to introduce new football head coach live at 2 PM CT on Monday

Most likely the "U" is waiting until Kill has been picked up before announcing anything, out of respect for Northern Illinois...especially during their banquet.

I wonder what this press conference is going to be like? How does Maturi stand up there and tout this hire as anything but a swing and miss and not get laughed off the stage? Kill could very well be successful but when and what are the stands at TCF going to look like? Brewster sucked so much life out of this program that we don't have time to make a hire like this. We needed seat filler now, not four years from now when we may or may not be a winning program.
