Epping is a redshirt senior who has started 34 consecutive games for the Gophers. He has already graduated, and has lettered all three years. In a year with a ton of talented linemen in the conference, Epping received honorable mention all-conference honors in 2013 from the league media. Along with Josh Campion, will be asked to provide leadership and open holes for star running back David Cobb.
