A solid player is worth taking anywhere. I'd be fine drafting him at #3 unless I really needed a QB and a great one was there.

Speaking of that, I assume the mock only had seniors, as there is no way 3 QBs, especially Jalen Milroe, come off the board before Ewers does.

i'd be very surprised in Ersery is going as late as 28. A lot of this will depend on the draft order (duh) but they have the Broncos taking Sanders at 1 overall after using a 1st rounder on Nix last year and there are numerous errors scattered throughout (like listing Jerry Tillery as a RB and numerous college players listed that aren't even on that team anymore).

All that said, looking at this years QB class compared to next year and I'm real happy we at least took someone because next year looks.... rough
 

No doubt a first rounder but a little doubtful on seeing him picked as high as 3. All depends on team needs though as we saw in the last draft with all the qbā€™s taken so early.

I think once the season plays out there will be some sought-after guys. Ewers comes to mind for sure. I'd also look at Will Howard, former KSU quarterback now at tOSU.

Others that might be sleepers but could have a good year would be KJ Jefferson, former Arkansas QB now at UCF under Guz Malzahn. Maalik Murphy, formerly of Texas, now at Duke. Dude is an athlete! Drew Allar at PSU. If Miller Moss lights it up at USC under Riley.

For sure. Always are but feels like this coming year will be a lot more ā€œreachingā€ on guys because they play qb
 


Ersery is viewed as a great run blocker and some think that his pass blocking will knock him out of the first round.
 

Ersery #1 Right Takle off the board unless makes huge gains in pass blocking.
