Go Gophers!!

Question is, what number do people think it should be for the Gophers?

12 in B1G seems good.

Purdue #1? Is this another AI article mess? (joke)

How do we know which teams are going to be similar, worse, better, much worse, or much better than last year 🤷‍♂️

Check back in October.
Yeah these predictions are really just a guess. Check back in October....or November.

Agreed. A lot of us thought we had a fairly mediocre team a month into 2019 and then we took off. We could be sitting on a solid team this year as much as we could be sitting on a team who's going to get obliterated by the slog of the new B10. Time will tell. I think after last year, Fleck's done some reflection and will have these guys ready.

Gophers have potentially a strong WR group but unproven. That guy Tyler Williams who transferred from Georgia is 4 star but unproven. Gophers have a running game that may be top-10 in college football. The top transfer portal player is a DE Jaxon Howard nobody's talking about. What if he makes an impact, the d-line is strong, and the secondary is better than average (no way to know that). There's a few scenarios here.

With the bulk of the games in conference, when you’re a bad team, everyone you play is better than you. Purdue having the toughest schedule says more about them than the competition.

Purdue does have Notre Dame and Oregon State in the non-conference.
