Quick Question for veteran season ticket holders. I decided to buy 2 season tickets this year for the first time. I selected Digital Delivery on the Web Site. Does this mean all the tickets are loaded into my Gopher Account at the beginning of the year?

Also, I frequently see the team / fans posting on twitter that they received their ticket packet from the school. I assume because I did digital I don’t receive anything. Is this a correct assumption?

Feel free to add in any other pointers or tidbits you all may have! Looking forward to 2020!

I do know they are waiting as long as possible to send anything out this year since so much is in the air with COVID and potentially restrictions that might have on attendance....

I think they may send each ticket out about a week before each game, but I'm not sure.

I can't fully answer your questions because things are changing in this regard, but if you have fully digital tickets, I expect that you won't be getting "the packet." Like most sporting venues in town, the U would like to transition to electronic tickets, but they have been slower to do so for a number of reasons, including the need to upgrade technology to support the change and a higher percentage of their clientele who seem to be technology adverse.

If you purchased specific seat locations like "regular" season tickets, I would expect they would all be loaded before the season starts. If you purchased the Gopher Pass, I don't think you get seat locations until a couple of days before each game.

Thanks. That’s what I assumed as well as far as digital tickets went. I didn’t know if the “packet” was just a fun perk they sent out to fans. I purchased specific seats as well off of the website so this wasn’t part of gopher pass.

Thanks again for the insight

Best that you call or email the ticket office for your answers.

I’ll try the email. I tried calling the office and it was closed due to COVID restrictions then decided to try here.
