Why are Lane Kiffin and Mike Leach untouchable before coaching a game and PJ isn't, after Fleck had their dream 3 year outcomes at Ole Miss / Mississippi State?

Scott Frost went from Untouchable (0) last year to Win or be Fired (5) this year. Given the hero worship factor in Nebraska, hard to believe that Frost is one of only six coaches in the FBS who is a category 5 “win or be fired.” He’s probably a 4 now, though.

Why are Lane Kiffin and Mike Leach untouchable before coaching a game and PJ isn't, after Fleck had their dream 3 year outcomes at Ole Miss / Mississippi State?

I am sure it has to do with being in the first year of long-term contracts with big buyouts, but it seems far more likely to me that either one of those guys implode personally and/or professionally than that Fleck gets fired after this season.
