Since there was no mention of that in the solicitation, I highly doubt it. In the past, we had some minor preference for regionals, but when the Final Four was here, there was no such privilege. I expect the same now. I went to the Final Four in the dome, and it was miserable being so high. The upper deck is so far away from the court you can hardly tell it's a basketball game. No thanks.
