Good read on the class of 2015: http://minnesota.247sports.com/Article/Gophers-Signing-Day-Superlatives--35440931

Class MVP: Demry Croft

Croft is the future signal caller of the Golden Gopher offense. He brings some unique intangibles that Kill has been looking for since taking over in Dinkytown. Demry throws a nice ball yet with a tight release. He has the burst and speed that he can pull it down and pick up yards with his feet when needed. The QB position by nature gets all the attention, good and bad. Demry will soon be the guy to help Kill & Co. continue the ascension of the Gopher program.

Instant Impact – Offense: Tyler Moore

The Gophers graduated two members of their interior line and most of the depth is on the edge. Coach Kill noted yesterday that normally they like to redshirt and develop lineman, but this might be one class that a youngster is relied upon. Moore enrolled at the U last month and will have the playbook down by the time fall camp begins. He plays with grit and a mean streak that should put him in a position for potential early playing time.

Instant Impact – Defense: Charlie Rogers

The safety spot returns Antonio Johnson and Damarius Travis, though Sawvel and Claeys like a rotation on the back end. Incoming Juco DB Charlie Rogers has experience playing multiple positions in the secondary, so offers some position flexibility. Getting to participate in Spring Ball makes him even more likely to contribute from day one as a Golden Gopher.
