Too early? Yep! So what, it's just for fun. I'm not going to break it out by division, just 1 through 12.

1) Michigan. Impressive year under Hoke. Robinson back and a lot of weapons.
2) Ohio State. I like Braxton Miller a lot. He'll be better. Clouds overhead only produce sprinkles. Urban Meyer will quickly put tOSU back on track.
3)Wisconsin. Losing Wilson hurts.
4)Michigan State. More of the same. Defense looks tough.
5)Nebraska. Didn't show much in inaugural season.
6)Northwestern. Dangerous or bad.
7)Iowa. Capt. Kirk is losing his luster
8)Minnesota. Baby steps.
9)Penn State. They will fall. A lot.
10)Purdue. Hope. Then change.
11)Indiana. Only can move up.
12)Illinois. After attending the game Saturday, can't pick them anywhere else.

You had it right the first time, there are 12 teams. You forgot Illinois.

Totally off-the-cuff, no additional research outside of my own head, but if I had to guess...

Legends:
1. Michigan (Another year in the systems, another year of Denard)
2. Nebraska (Playing 8 new teams was a big disadvantage for them this year. I see improvements in year 2)
3. Michigan State (Losing Cousins, Cunningham, Martin hurts)
4. Iowa (Standard 7-win season next year)
5. Northwestern (Coulter's experience this year will pay dividends for Fitz next year)
6. Minnesota (I think, barring any unforeseen changes, we can win 5-6 games next season. But a 2-6 B1G record would again plant us here)

Leaders:
1. Ohio State (Too much talent, too much Urban, and Braxton Miller is the real deal)
2. Wisconsin (Take a step back without a proven QB)
3. Penn State (I know everyone's looking for a big hit ... but there will still be talent there)
4. Purdue (Improving, but by how much?)
5. Illinois (Ew.)
6. Indiana (Ew. (x2))

I recall looking at the depth charts and Michigan loses more then one would think. Robinson can make up for loses though. He is that good.

Lost from depth chart on Gophers 2012 schedule.

Northwestern 43.2% including QB
Michigan 35.4%
MSU 31.4% including QB
MN, IOWA, WIS. including QB 29.5%
Purdue 27.3%
Nebraska and Illinois (New Coach) 22.7%

There will be 9 bowl eligible teams.
Illinois and Indiana will not be.

The loser of the Minnesota vs purdue will not be.
