Recruiting updates?

Does anyone have a good idea of which 2010 prospects they're really considering besides Harrison Barnes? Where are Thomas' and others' offers coming from? Johnny?

I guess it is a good sign that there isn't as much concern about recruiting in 2010 because of the strength of the 2009 class but usually we have a better idea about the prime targets.

I know Calcaterra is in the mix but it sounds like he is isn't progressing as much as was hoped, per other postings here.
 


Don't even mention Harrison Barnes when talking about 2010 gopher recruits. He is not coming here

Harrison Barnes! I'm willing to bet that Tubby is in on his list of schools.
 

Harrison Barnes is not coming here. If he doesn't stay in Ames he will go to KU, UNC, or Duke.
 




As cool as it would be for barnes to come here, I recall him listing the schools recruiting him and he didn't mention anything about us...sounds pretty clear to me. I would be more focused on getting guys like Cory Joseph and a qaulity big guy ....possibly calcaterra, but I'm willing to bet more guys will enter the radar soon.

Tubby offered last June and has been down there as recently as the end of November.
 

It might be time to shed our inferiority complex regarding big time recruits. Tubby is after Barnes and he has a shot.
