I am watching the 2005 MN/Michigan game right now (day off, crappy tv on, it was available for free on-demand). There was some big time star power on that Michigan game.
What I noticed was how Mason's offense gave them a chance to win a lot of games. By controlling the clock and keeping the VERY shaky defense off the field, they could stay close. Kill actually has a very similar approach, just with a much more multiple offense. Run a ton and have a lot of the passes be off play action. Wisconsin does the same thing, really.
I also still love watching Vic Adamle sprint down the sideline on Jakari Wallace's big kickoff return at the beginning of the second half. Vic was moving.
