Finally a decent time

Does anyone have a guess for game-time temperature and humidity?

I'm sure MID TEN will bring the high humidity with them. Not sure if they'll bring Dance4Raiders with.

Pack a lunch Blue Raiders. The Gophs won the last game by controlling the game on the ground and the running game and O-line weren't half as good as they are now.

with a 2:30 kick off when can you start tail gaiting? Say, Friday about 7PM?

Random question for any who can answer: This will be my first season outside the Minneapolis area. Assuming the Gophers are pushed to the 'alternate' Big 10 channel, will I have any issue with viewing the game? (I obviously have the big 10 network - just wondering if you get the alternates in Alabama)

You might have to watch the game on the Interwebs via BTN App. I'm out of state, have BTN and haven't missed a game.

Follow-up: some cable packages have the alternate BTN channels on the higher channels. Mine doesn't so I "iPad" some games.

We get the alternates on Shaw in Winnipeg so you are probably in luck.

With Jon Hoese rushing for 3 TD's just days after his father suffered a severe stroke. One of my most memorable individual performances. Duane Bennett with a career high 187.

I'm Charter and BTN is on the 'expanded basic', or whatever they call it this week. Alternate channels are on another tier. Depends on your provider. Do your homework.

How do you think MTSU will prepare for the cooler temps and lower humidity? Is there a danger their skin will crack open and there will be significant blood loss? Do they just go ahead and pre-bandage?

We can also send them pictures of the work that's been done on our new practice facility:

I think this time was picked to avoid the high crime rate in the early and late hours of the day in MN. Even though the midday sun may take a toll on our players because of our overall poor conditioning, we won't have to worry about as many roving bands of cold weather bears.

That walk from the airport to their team hotel will be a daunting task. Maybe they should rent a few snowmobiles to expedite the process.

With the 2:30 start, what time does the band march down University?

As long as they dress properly, there should be no problems. I just hope they can take some time before the game to enjoy all that MN has to offer.
