***OFFICIAL MINNESOTA AT IOWA, FLOYD OF ROSEDALE, IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

How is it possible to be so utterly unprepared? Thoroughly outcoached and outplayed in all phases. Iowa may not have much more NIL money than MN but they make up for it by paying and keeping their good assistant coaches (I.e. Phil Parker).

I really hope if/when Guerin makes a trade this season, he shoots for a top 6 guy. Get a guy that can actually play with Boldy or Kaprizov. Make everyone/everything available minus Kaprizov, Boldy, Rossi, Ek, Faber, Buium to get this done.

All Things 2025 Minnesota Wild Offseason

A part of this whole thing that really seems odd to me is the fact that they didn’t even make an offer until Kirill was in town… I can understand waiting until he’s in town to sign and announce but the negotiation should’ve started 7/1 (or earlier). This shouldve been ready to sign or in the...

Teams like the Gophers are going to have to Moneyball rosters together. Identify underappreciated stats, take players outside the stereotype at each position, etc.

A physical “shorter” center was my initial thought as well given potential concerns around the cost of a true C but the question may be if that type of player fits into Niko’s offense.

    2025 Transfer Portal Watch

Just due to the size of the Big Ten, I’d think at least one useful C type would be needed.

I think he’s more of a 3/4. Niko sure is loading up with that type of player.

    Dawson Garcia returning

If MN doesn’t have the money to compete with other teams when attempting to fill 10+ spots, they will need to get creative. Maybe shorten the bench, etc. they just can’t do what everyone else does and hope for better results.

    Dawson Garcia returning

To the best of my knowledge, this discussion revolves around providing all athletes a fifth year of eligibility. Move Omot to the bench, JCJ to the 3, Garcia to the 4. Grab a starting 5, Enis and a backup 4/5 and you’re probably getting close.

    The NIL Collective: Minnesota

You’re going to have to explain your issue because I am not tracking the concern. However, I happen to be neighbors with a person that is involved in the NIL for one of the state schools where I live and they mentioned that NIL as we know it is going away due to Revenue Sharing and the House...
