The 4 winners this weekend were not surprising, the scores were a little bit. Bummer that the Oregon/Ohio State rematch is going to fall next weekend as opposed to in the final 4 or championship game. Texas and Penn State should punch their tickets to the final 4 as long as they play well...

Yeah, thought the road teams would put up a little bit more of a fight but none of them were really any kind of threat to win the games. Neutral site games starting next week should hopefully be much better games overall. Hopefully ASU and Boise can give their opponents a better game.

I guess....but that isn't saying much. Indiana was stuck on 3 until garbage time.. Clemson put up a little bit of a fight....Indiana, SMU, and Tennessee looked completely outclassed.

My bad... :) But yeah, they have gotten pretty loopy here towards the end of the game but has been a fun broadcast. Definitely don't have the same SEC bias much of ESPN has. If anything they are actually pushing back against that which is fun. Laying into Chip Kelly for passing.....

Watching the McAfee Show alternate broadcast on ESPN 2. They have taken some awesome shots at the SEC.

Didn't listen to the radio broadcast but if true that is really disappointing to hear Nolan throwing race into it. First off, no way Fox and Payne were looking for the same amount of money and secondly if they were there is not a world where the U would have taken Fox over Payne.

Yeah....I am all for Ohio State running it up big time tonight.

ESPN can't be liking this watching one of their precious SEC squads get demolished by Ohio State. Indiana fell flat but PSU and OSU have looked great. Long way to go still in the OSU/TN game but Tennessee doesn't look like tye belong on the field with OSU to this point.

Yeah.....good luck with that one. :) Not a good start for the other guys.....ACC out quickly......Indiana gets destroyed.....SMU gets destroyed..... Guess we will see if Boise or ASU can fare a little better next week coming off of their bye week.

It's why some of us were really hesitant to get on the Cignetti hype train. They mentioned during the broadcast that when he was considering the job he thought he could win 10 games with their 2024 schedule. They had a schedule that really didn't test them until late and when they were finally...

PSU dominating helps the Big Ten perception but it hurts the case for the non-helmet schools. So far the 2 non-helmet schools have not looked good.

Of the mistakes he made in the first that was one of the more forgivable ones. Their D kept them in it for a while but they seemed to wear down as the half went on given they were getting little to nothing from the offense.

Fair enough but he had the 1st down on the ground if he just keeps on rolling. Get the first down and live to fight another day when you are down that close to the endzone.

SMU QB might be a special athlete but he is killing his team with 2 horrible pick 6 throws and a horrible decision on 4th and 1 where he could have just run the ball and extended the drive. Just horrible decision making on his part....

During the season I was glad we didn't play Indiana but now having watched them against a couple of quality defenses I really wonder how we would have done against them.

Announcer did say that Notre Dame had their backups in on D as well so that probably helped with the garbage time production.

That was a hell of an onside kick....too little too late though.

Helmet Schools - 1 Other Guys - 0 Was hoping Indiana would give them a fight but they showed the Ohio State game wasn't a fluke and they don't belong with the top teams.....they are good....but they are not good enough to compete for the CFP title.

Not a good look at all punting in the 4th quarter of a win or go home game when you need 3 scores. Don't care if it was 4th and 11.....you have to go for it there because you can't afford to let them score again or burn a ton of clock (looks like they are going to do both).
